How far is Spiti from Delhi?

I am around these areas quite often and surprised that I have never seen this bus. Is this is a private service or government?

Winters in Mumbai is not cold and is actually pleasant so ideal to visit then. Tourists usually stay around the Andheri and Coloba area, and it has a lot of hotels to choose from.

I have heard of Munsiyari, Almora and Binsar but these are slightly too far, I would consider them if I plan a long distance holiday. On the other hand Spiti does seem more appealing, I can not recall but other places of visit near by are Shojha and Kaza which I have read about in the thread...
