Hi everyone — I thought it would be great to start a discussion about healthy eating and share ideas that have worked for us.
I try to eat balanced meals with lots of vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins — but sometimes I get stuck in a rut: same salads, same meals. What are your favourite ways to make healthy food tasty and interesting?
For me, jazzing up a basic vegetable stir‑fry with fresh herbs, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon makes a big difference. Also, I often batch‑cook soups or stews with beans, lentils, seasonal veggies and freeze portions so I have easy healthy lunches all week.
