I am from Delhi and will be going to Haridwar with my family and be staying there for a week. From Haridwar, we would ideally like to go to Badrinath, and I would like some help in knowing how to reach Badrinath from Haridwar?

Would it be easy driving to Badrinath from Haridwar or getting a train or bus?

The distance from Haridwar to Badrinath is around 320km. Driving or getting a bus from Haridwar to Badrinath would take you roughly 6-8 hours. The time of the journey would also depend on the road condition and on what speed you would be traveling at, the road is not straightforward and there are a lot of bends and curves on the way.

From Haridwar, you would go to Srinagar and then to Badrinath.

If you are used to driving on bendy roads then it would be fine driving there, if not then it would best getting a bus from Haridwar to Badrinath which is easily available.
