I am writing this email in an emergency state of fear and anxiety for the safety of my parents — both senior citizens (63 and 60) — who are currently traveling internationally through a package booked with the company Thrillophilia. (7th to 17th Dec 2025) Still in Progress

Despite multiple written confirmations, full payment proof, and attached voice recordings confirming that the entire 3-country package (Singapore–Malaysia–Thailand) was finalized for ₹2,80,000 all-inclusive, the company has:

Suddenly increased the package price AFTER travel commenced

Ignored over 70+ calls when urgent support was required abroad

Misled and miscommunicated on hotel changes and visa timelines

Left my parents without active ground coordination

Today declared that they “will not discuss further”, while still refusing all agreed Thailand arrangements

Most important: My parents have no one to contact from Thrillophilia right now.
If they refuse the Thailand services they promised, my parents may be abandoned in a foreign country.
This puts elderly Indian citizens at severe safety, health, and logistical risk.

I want to clearly state that:

✔ We are ready and willing to pay the approved remaining balance as per the original deal.
We are NOT asking for any favour — only that Thrillophilia deliver what they promised and what we already paid for.

This situation is causing a mental health crisis for my parents and for us here in India who are helplessly trying to coordinate their safety.

What We Request Immediately

1️⃣ Ensure Thrillophilia delivers the original booked itinerary
(Singapore + Malaysia + Thailand) without any extortion or disruption

2️⃣ Ensure continuous ground support is provided to my parents abroad
(Call responsiveness has already failed multiple times)

3️⃣ Prevent Thrillophilia from abandoning or endangering senior citizens mid-trip

4️⃣ Investigate the company’s fraud, misrepresentation and negligence

✔ Voice recordings .
✔ Screenshots of agreed itinerary & deal closure

Closing Appeal

I beg for your urgent intervention.
Two innocent senior citizens may face severe circumstances if the final leg of their travel is denied, as there is no certainty if they will do the confirmed package or not .

This is not a tourism dispute anymore —
This is a Safety, Consumer Protection, and Senior Citizen Rights emergency.

Please help protect my parents.
Please help ensure Thrillophilia does not abandon them abroad, as there is no confirmation about the Thailand Package.

After extensive attempts to call them (NO RESPONSE) and resolve internally they are only replying to the mail as per their internal convenience , and I am forced to require immediate intervention.

NO ONE IS STILL RECEIVING CALLS (PLEASE HELP)
