Back on the forum after a long time with another query. I need to get some Indian rupees exchanged into US dollars, and also need some British pounds converted into Indian rupees. What is the best currency exchange rate in Delhi I can get? Where is the best place to get money exchanged from?

I will be flying from Texas to New Delhi Airport, and I will have quite a bit of luggage with me, not quite fit for one trolly. Due to being an on overload on luggage I will need some help, and I was wondering whether there is any porter servicer at Delhi Aiport? How much should I tip the porter?
