I can't help with a recipe as I don't really cook, but I recommend looking for one for Saag Paneer - a lovely spinach dish with Indian cheese. It's not the spiciest dish out there but it is delicious.

Hi all, I am hoping to see something of India soon, and if it works out I will be travelling with two friends. We want to keep the costs down if possible so I thought I'd ask here to see if three bed rooms are common in cheaper end Indian hotels. Thanks in advance for any information.
