Situated near Palampur in the Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh, Andretta is a picturesque artists village set up on the backdrop of Dhauladhar range of the Himalayas. The breathtaking view of the Dhauladhar Range from Andretta is a real treat for the photographers. The quite, peaceful and exquisite environment at Andretta add to its secluded appeal. Surrounded by tea plantations, it attracts getaway seekers, nature lovers and offbeat travellers in equal numbers.

The famous Pottery/Crafts Society and Sobha Singh Art Gallery are worth paying a visit. Tashi Jong Monastery is another popular tourist attraction here. A visit to Gopalpur Zoo can introduce you to a variety of Himalayan birds and animals species. Kangra Fort, which was built by the Royal family of Kangra (The Katoch Dynasty), is the largest fort in the Himalayas and one of the oldest dated fort in India.

You can easily club your Andretta trip with a few days stay in either Dharamsala (48 kms) or Palampur (13 kms) to make it a happening vacation.
