The train does not go directly to Bangla Sahib, you need the get off at Shivaji Stadium. Bangla Sahib gurudwara is a five - ten minute walk from there. The train journey would take roughly 20 minutes.
You can also easily find autos near the metro station which you can hire to go to the gurudrawa if you don't want to walk.
