Guys... Monsoon has arrived in India... and we received pre-monsoon showers, in some parts of the Northern India, a few days ago. I was lucky enough to not just enjoy it.. but also shoot some footage on my OnePlus One... So, that you guys get a taste of it, i have created a small video. Hope you guys like it
Yes, I live in the PH and sadly, the summer season is over. Afternoons here usually drizzle and have the occasional strong rains, but nothing major. The smell of fresh grass during the rain is great though, but it also limits my time to go outside without having to put an umbrella over my head, and it also limits the time when my cats can go outside and frolic in the garden area of my apartment. Other than that, I guess it's also a sign that storms will come and go again for the next months until it's winter, and it would also mean power outages and wet windows.
We too have had good rains and I quite enjoy it specially when I am indoors. I particularly like the smell of the first rain when it hits the dry soil. Nature comes to life with greenery all around. We had gone to Goa in the rains an experience I will not forget in a hurry. Your video was quite enjoyable.
