A Parvati Valley trip is being planned around July time, as no one from our group has not been to this area we would like some queries answered.

    - Monsoon are soon to start, how bad are they during July in Parvati Valley?

    - Is it advisable to visit Kasol and Tosh with this trip?

    - Please give details about any base camps.

    - Would it be best to get a taxi or a bus for traveling within the valley?

    Thank you.

    - Monsoon can vary from season to season at times it can be severe and at times it is bearable, although a lot of people live there throughout the monsoons and manage. It would a good idea to check the weather before you leave.

    - Yes you can combine Kasol and Tosh with this trip without any issues.

    - I would suggest the Kasol camp and after this a bus will take you to the start of the Tosh trek.

    - Getting a bus would be a better option

Regarding the weather well that is something which you would only know about nearer the time, weather is not like before and in fact changes each year so you can not predict anything.
There is no harm in adding the Kasol and Tosh destinations in the same trip, in fact many travelers add these in along with others.
The mode of transport would depend on your budget otherwise both are fine.
