That is surprising to hear, especially contrasting with Mumbai,where the trains cannot really be considered that good or clean. Are the trains markedly better in Delhi, or has the whole place improved since 2008 when I was last in Mumbai?

How expensive is public transport in Delhi? I understand it will be significantly cheaper than in Europe, but how much exactly does public transport cost? Can I also get unlimited 24 hour tickets for buses and trains, or do I have to get a new ticket for each journey?

Yeah, although I'd be just as willing to travel alone. I think it might be good company, I only plan a short trip to India in 2016 anyway. I couldn't afford to pay for us both though so I'd also go with him if he paid for his own plane tickets and accommodation.

I do not know the law of gambling in India, but I want to know if legal casinos exist in Delhi. I would like to make use of a casino when I travel to Delhi. Also can non-residents gamble in casinos?
