I've never heard of those freshwater fish before, are they indigenous to India? I've had sardines before but not any of the other fish. Do any of these fish have a mild taste?

The city of Udaipur sounds like a really interesting place to visit and the hotel looks fantastic. I don't think I'd mind staying there for part of my vacation. I'm sure they have boats that leave the island daily for excursions.

I'm not very good at bargaining because I always feel like I'm insulting the person by requesting a price discount. I have a friend who is a great haggler, she can bargain a price down pretty low and usually has the seller laughing while she's doing it.

I saw a site that was offering train transportation to see the sites from Delhi to Goa. You would take three different trains in total. You get to experience train travel on the Glacier Express, The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway and the Trans Siberian. Has anyone done this tour before?
