I have been suggested from friends to go Shimla and see the beautiful picturesque views of the mountains and get the feel of walking on clouds. I will most probably go from Delhi to Shimla on my coming up trip to India in October. I would now like some suggestions or reviews on 4-star hotels in Shimla. As I am going there because of the view, I would like a room which has a beautiful view and a balcony would make it perfect.
