I'm interested in trying some Indian Curry Cuisine when I visit India. What would you recommend I try. I am a curry lover and when I was in Thailand they had some fantastic curry dishes. I personally love my food spicy so this won't matter to me at all.

Butter chicken and Masala chicken are two dishes that all of us Delhi walas love. There are plenty of other spicy dishes especially from Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and even Tamil Nadu.

There is no limit to curries in India. There are different recipes for different dishes - meat, fish and vegetables. In South India a lot of coconut is used. Some curries are prepared using coconut juice for meat and vegetable dishes. Fish curries are spicier than other curries.
You can try fish vindalu which has no coconut but quite spicy
