Since India is a country with a warm climate for most of the year, I was wondering if there are places that get snow all round the year. The reason I am asking is because someone I know is planning to write a book on snow sports in countries round the world.
It snows all through the year in some parts of the Himalayas. So the more you travel towards the north the higher the chances of snow all round the year. The norther part of Kashmir and other areas in the north are cold regions where there is always snow.
