I think you can find some hotels that offer good laundry services. However, I would advise you to take less expensive clothes on your trip in order to avoid incidents.

I think it depends on which part of India you are planning to go to. However, I am pretty sure that you can find all types of ingredients at the right store.
I agree with Ted. If you really have to carry your prescription medicine with you, make sure you have at least a copy of your doctor's prescription in order to avoid trouble.
As far as I know, Masala Chai is a variation of Indian tea where they add Indian herbs and spices for extra flavor. I have never tasted it, but I would love to.
I love Pakodas and so far I have only tasted the onion ones. They are so tasty and, although they are similar to onion rings, I think they taste better.
I am not a big fan of beer in general; although I have tried a few that I have enjoyed. However, what I really enjoy drinking is a good wine. Are there any wineries in India that are worth checking out? It would really be interesting to see how wine is made in India.
