I'd love to take a 2 or 3 day river rafting adventure when I visit India. I saw some pictures of river rafting in Rishikesh. Has anyone ever done this before? Do you happen to know if there are certain months of the year they offer these trips?

I think it would be fantastic to stay in a tree house during my stay in India. I love the more natural setting. I am not a big fan of hotels.

I'm not sure if I would invest in a motorcycle. I think that renting a bike for a few days would be fine. Plus I plan on visiting more than one destination. I don't want to ride the motorcycle to my other destinations.

I think this price is normal for a lot of countries now. I know when I visited China a few years back I paid $75 for my visa. The price has gone up in the last few years. I'm not sure how much it costs today.

That's a very interesting article. I had no idea that India made a wine. I have never seen a bottle in our local markets to buy. This might be very interesting to look into when I visit India. I love winery tours and this could be a lot of fun taste testing some Indian wine.

I for one am not a lover of goat meat. I tried it once and didn't care for it at all. I have eaten lamb prepared different ways and each time I find it delicious. I will never try or eat goat meat again. I also don't like goat milk.

This sounds very interesting. I have visited a few islands during my travels. I have seen the natives wrap food in banana leaves to put in their underground ovens.
