I plan to visit India and would like to visit the following cities in this order, Delhi, Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan, and Jaipur. I know all of these places are tourist places, and I would like to know how many days should be spent at each of these destinations, so I can book my holidays and flights accordingly.

If possible it would also be great if a short list of the places to visit in each destination could also be mentioned.

    Many thanks.

The places you would be visiting are all very popular and you can say are the hotspot tourist cities. Delhi being the largest city you would be visiting I would suggest spending at least 5 days there in order to see everything properly.

Depending on the reason you would be traveling to Vrindavan I would suggest 1-2 days. If you're going for religious reasons as well as visiting the temples there then 2 days stay there would be good, otherwise, one day is sufficient.
The trip to Mathura would be covered in the Vrindavan trip as both places are close together and to be honest, there is not much to see or do in Mathura.
Jaipur is a city which has a lot to offer, and I would suggest staying there for at least 5 days too.

Anything extra you wish to do like visiting any friends or family should be counted as an extra day.

Jayraj, I would recommend you going to Mathura and Vrindavan first and then heading towards Agra, as Mathura and Vrindavan are on the way from Delhi to Agra and by doing this it would save you a lot of time.
