I would like to get the Jammu to Srinagar bus timetable so that I know what bus goes at what time. This will be my cousins and my first trip to Srinagar.
We want to see all the bus options for the Jammu to Srinagar route which means the Volvo buses too. It 'd be nice if you would also mention if the bus is direct or changeable. Some indication of the duration of the trip would be great.
 
The bus operated by JKSRTC (J&K State Road Transport Corporation) departs from Jammu between 6.30 am and 7 am, but it is best to arrive at 6 am. I would suggest that if you wish to travel on the JKSRTC bus then pre-book your tickets, as it 's hard to get on the spot tickets.

Some websites say that the timings vary but start at 6:00 am. You can book your tickets in advance, the night before your scheduled trip. You can also book on the spot, booking counters open at 6:00 am. I was able to find the rates though:
