This year in June I will be going to Leh and visiting the nearby places around. I will also be visiting Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake and I would like to know what the Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake distance is so that I can create my itinerary and find out whether I can visit both of these places on the same day.
The distance from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake is about 275km, which would take you between 7 - 8 hours. The journey distance from Leh to Nubra Valley is around 4 - 5 hours, so even if you plan to start the journey early you would not have enough time to properly explore Nubra Valley or Pangong Lake. You would need to make a night stay at Nubra Valley or Pangong Lake to fully enjoy the surroundings and make your trip worthwhile.
