Trains from Jammu to Delhi

I will be going from Jammu to Delhi by train but need to find out first what train options I have. I would also like to know which is the fastest train which would allow me to reach Delhi in the quickest time.

Please do not mention the train timings or anything just the train name and the duration of the journey.
