I am in process of planning a trip to Leh in October/November 2015. I have done some research about the near by areas and places to visit and have seen an ideal itinerary which is shown below. I now need some feedback on it, whether it is good or not, feel free to judge.
You will be able to notice from the itinerary that I will be traveling from Kolkata.

Day 1 : Kolkata to Delhi by Rajdhani train
Day 2 : Delhi to Katra By Evening train, and arrive Katra by 5.30am
    Day 3: Katra to Srinagar
Day 4 : Srinagar to Kargil (Srinagar – Sonmarg – Zozi La – Drass – Kargil)
Day 5 : Kargil to Leh (Via Lamayuru)
Day 6 : Stayover at Leh
Day 7 : Leh to Nubra (Leh – Khardung La – Diskit – Hunder)
Day 8 : Hunder to Shyok Village/Durbuk Village
Day 9 : Shyok / Durbuk To Pangong
Day 10 : Pangong to Tso Moiri Via Chulsul
Day 11 : Tso Moiri to Tso Kar
Day 12 : Tso Kar to Leh
Day 13 : Leh to Delhi, evening Rajdhani train to Kolkata
    Day 14 : Kolkata

A few other questions which I have about the itinerary are below:

Is the itinerary suitable for for 14 days or is it too cramped?

What will the weather be like in the months of October/November?

The itinerary is a bit cramped but manageable, do not add anything else to this, otherwise you will be on a tight schedule.
The weather in the month of October will be quite cold especially during the night and early mornings. November will be even colder.
