So, my first post to this forum.

I'll be in India for a month in Feb/March, mainly in Surat, but am meeting up with my partner in Goa for a week. I'm of an Indian origin, she's not.

Would we experience any problems staying together in Goa? We're booked in Taj Vivanta.

We would also love to experience Holi in Goa, any recommendations?

Many people think that an unmarried couple would face a lot of problems when traveling in India but it's not the case and in fact its a norm for unmarried couples to be traveling or staying together. You won't face any problems while staying in Goa and in fact, you would find many other couples like you there.

There will be many places where you can celebrate Holi in Goa, as it gets closer to Holi you would be able to get more information about where you can go, there is still 2 months left until Holi.
