I wasn't able to find a flight directly from Guwahati to Itanagar. But I was able to find some flights from Guwahati to Naharlagun. Naharlagun is just 10 kms away from Itanagar. Here's some of the schedules they have: Guwahati to Naharlagun Flights Sunday - 14:30 (Departure) and 15:45 (Arrival) Monday and Friday - 13:30 (D) and 14:45 (A) Wednesday - 13:30 (D) and 14:45 (A) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday - 14:00 (D) and 15:20 (A) During 2008, the fares were: Adults: Rs. 3,000 Minor Rs. 1,500 Infant: Rs. 300 You can purchase online at the Pawan Hans website.
