I need to get my flight to Vancouver from IGI T3 and will be coming from Punjab on the Shatabdi train. IGI T3 is about 15 KM from New Delhi railway station but it can some times take more than an hour to get there due to traffic depending upon the time of the day you travel. If it is after 11PM it would take less than half an hour. You can get a taxi from outside the station, there are prepaid options as well as radio taxi. It costs a little more for radio taxi but those are air-conditioned and pre-paid booth taxis are not.
