I want to find out a few things about the hotel which I am planning to stay at while in Jaipur. The hotel is Jai Mahal Palace which is a 5-star property.

I would mainly like to know what services they provide such as gym etc.

What activities or facilities do they provide for children?

Is there free WiFi service available at the Jai Mahal Palace?

Hello, @Madalin! Welcome to the forum!

The Jai Mahal Palace served as the residence of the Prime Minister of Jaipur. It was built by Hargovind Natani in the year 1745 and it's over 260 years old already. It has been converted into a Heritage Palace by the Taj Group of Hotels which acquired the property in 1984. The palace hotel is about 11 kms away from the Jaipur Airport and about 4 kms away from the Jaipur Railway Station. The original architecture of the palace was retained although its amenities were modernised to cater to the needs of the guests.

The palace hotel has about 100 tastefully designed rooms. It's categorised into three types: Deluxe Room, Luxury Room and Luxury Suite. Rooms either face the garden or the swimming pool. Rooms have colour television, tea/coffee maker, safe, international dialing facility and WiFi as well. Tariffs are the following:
    • Deluxe Room - Rs. 7,500 per night.
    • Luxury Room - Rs. 9,000 per night.
    • Luxury Suite - Rs. 18,000 per night.
Rooms bundled with breakfast have higher tariffs. The hotel also has six different restaurants within its premises. These restaurants offer world-class cuisines and dishes to guests which make your stay even more memorable at the Jai Mahal Palace:
    • Cinnamon - This is their Pan Indian restaurant. It has contemporary and traditional dishes. It's open during lunch and dinner only.
    • Marble Arch - This is their multi-cuisine restaurant which also serves local dishes depending on the season. This is open the whole day as well.
    • Marigold Bar - This has a wide variety of beverages and wines along with delectable finger food. It's open from 12:00 pm onwards.
    • La Patisserie - This is the hotel's bakery offering breads, pastries and cakes. They are open from 11:00 am onwards.
    • Oasis - This is their poolside bar/restaurant. They offer mainly finger foods and grilled foods. They are open from 11:00 am onwards.
    • Giardino - This is their garden restaurant that serves Italian dishes. It's great for a romantic dinner in the stars.
Here are the services provided by the hotel:
    • Smoking or Non-Smoking Rooms, Spa, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Fitness Centre with Branded Equipments, Yoga Facilities, Outdoor Chess, Croquet Facilities, Jogging Track, Pool Table, Tennis Table, 24 Hour On Call Doctor, Facilities for Differently Abled Guests, Travel Desk, Car Rental and Transportation Services, Currency Exchange and Laundry Services.
They have the following activities/facilities for children:
    • Baby Sitting Services, Kids at Taj Programme, Swimming Pool and Daily Evening Cultural Show.
Yes, WiFi is free for guests as long as you have booked a room with the hotel. You can use WiFi in public areas and in your room as well.

    I hope this helps!:)
