Places to visit near Bangalore

This is my second visit to Bangalore with my work colleagues and on our first trip we saw most of the popular places in Bangalore, this time we would like to see places around Bangalore. We will have 4 days spare from our work. For the time being we just need a list of places and the rest we will discuss and decide together.

Shivanasamudra Falls (most recommended)

1. Mekedatu & Sangama (Riverbed, Coracle Ride, Trekking)
2. Ranganathittu & Kukkere Belur (Nature, Birds, Crocs)
3. Kunti Betta (Night trekking, campfire)

As Shiv has already pointed out, Shivanasamudra is a must visit. It's spectacular. Here's a travelogue to Shivanasamudra Falls.
