Hi I found this advertisement by Spicejet on internet which claims Delhi to Mumbai for INR. 3800, but other flights from Delhi to Mumbai are starting from INR. 6500. What’s your opinion on this, is it OK if I book this flight and is it for real or there is a catch?
Airlines come up with special offers from time to time so this could be one of those offers. SpiceJet has been banned from making bookings more then 30 days in advance for now and I am not sure how long this ban is in place so if the ticket you are trying to book is more then 30 days in advance then it is better to double check.
I dont think this is a fake offer or anything, sometimes taxes are not included in advertisments so makesure you also check the total amount payable. Check the prices from some travel operator as well and see if they come up with the same price which is shown.
