Best Place To Capture Underwater Video Of Marine Life?

Where is the best place to go diving with my underwater video camera? I'd like someplace colorful, with exotic fish and maybe even a shipwreck.

Goa has some scuba diving locations, but the best ones are in Pondicherry and Andaman and Nicobar Islands (which is far away from the mainland in the Bay of Bengal).

Do you have to fly to reach Nicobar Island or is there a boat that will take you there? Are there diving tours on the island or do you go on your own?

I would agree with Goa. Specifically, South Goa, if possible. The waters are very clear and shallow. You should be able to see quite a lot.
