    Hello

My wife and me are invited to a wedding in Goa. Our journey starts on November, 19th, in Mumbai just for one day and will continue in Goa for one week. Afterwards we will fly to Delhi on Friday, November 28th.

The groom has already planned some tours for his guests to certain hot spots but the Dudhsagar waterfall and Margao is not involved but we would like to go there.

Maybe you can help us out with other spots around and later in Delhi we will be totally on our own. Will really appreciate some suggestion on Goa and Delhi travel.

    Thanks,
    Mike

From Delhi you could take the Golden triangle route to cover Agra and Jaipur. You can even include Pushkar which is a quiet little town in rural setting which offers a lot of exposure to local culture and customs if that interests you. At Agra you can see the Taj Mahal and Red fort. Agra is around 2 hours drive from Delhi if you take the expressway. Agra to Jaipur will take between 3 to 4 hours depending upon the time of the day. Jaipur has a lot of old forts and palaces that you can see.

If you do take the Golden triangle tour then also include Bharatpur bird century for some bird watching where you will find thousands of birds of different species and other animals too. There is also this Fatehpur sikri fort near Bharatpur (Buland darwaza which is a huge gate built by an emperor).
