If you're traveling to India you must have food that has been prepared using clarified butter that is available everywhere. It is also used in various sweet dishes and tastes different than other food that is made with cooking oil.
I have plans to eat all kinds of foods when I am in India. I will try the clarified butter dishes if I am able to find them in the hotels that I stay in. I hope the dishes will not be too spicy since I am averse to hot food and may fall sick if I have them.
