I need to get a bus from Jammu to Baltal and to be precise I need to reach Baltal camp for the yatra. I need to know from where I need to get the bus for Baltal and what the timings are.
You need to reach Bhagwati Nagar camp in Jammu from where you get the bus to Baltal. The bus which you will get will be purely a bus for the Baltal base camp. From what I remember correctly the first bus leaves at 4am.
You can also get shared taxis from Jammu to Srinagar and then from Srinagar to Baltal, which works out to be cost effective too and a better way to travel.
