We are a group girls organising a trip to Shimla for one week, without the husbands and kids. We would ideally like to stay on Mall Road, as it would be easy for us to go out to the shops and also to eat out. Please give some suggestions for decent hotels in Shimla Mall Road. The only requirement we have is that the hotel should have free WiFi services and be at the cost of maximum Rs2000 per night.
Hotel Sidharath is a pretty nice hotel that is reasonable. The beds are big and nice and there is Wifi service. According to their site, they have old fashioned service, but that seems to be more hype than anything. It's a pretty no-frills hotel and while it does have wifi, there are only basic services. My friend stayed there and he said that it seemed clean enough.
