We have been told to go to the Trimbakeshwar Temple in Nasik by a pandit to perform some pooja.

I wanted to know more about this temple.

Are there a lot of people who go there from across India to perform a pooja?

What significance does this temple have?

What are the timings of Trimbakeshwar Temple?

How far is Trimbakeswar Temple from Nasik city?

Yes, there are many people who come from all across of India to visit the Trimbakeshwar Temple and to perform a pooja there.

Trimbakeshwar temple is a temple of Lord Shiva in India, and it is famous for the Shivling present there and also because it is a Jyotirlinga pilgrimage.
This is the only place where Pitudosha, Karlsarpa dosha are removed by special pooja's performed. The Khumb Mela is also held here every 12 years.

The Trimbakeshwar temple is open for darshan from 5.30am until 9 pm

The following are the timings for the temple pooja's which take place every day.

    Special Poojas 7 am - 9 am

    Madhyana Pooja 1 pm - 1.30 pm

Golden Crown of Shiva 4:30 pm - 5 pm

The Trimbakeswar temple is 28km away from Nasik city.
