Appu Ghar Jaipur Entry Fees

I have been to the Appu Ghar in Delhi when we visited the city some 2-3 years ago. This time I would like to take my children to the Appu Ghar in Jaipur as it is closer to where we live.

I am assuming the Appu Ghar in Jaipur is the same brand as the Appu Ghar in Delhi, so my expectations of the park are high.

One thing I would like cleared is the Appu Ghar Jaipur entry fees. There is no fixed date of going so I need to know the prices for both weekend and weekday.

Appu Ghar in Jaipur is a combination of three things, namely, an adventure park, a resort and a golf course. This is supposed to be the first vacation city of India but it is still a work in progress. In its completion, it would include an amusement park and water park as well. In a way, Appu Ghar in Jaipur is a step up from the original Appu Ghar in Delhi, touted to be an all-in-one destination for entertainment, recreation and rejuvenation when it is completed. It is owned by the same group, the International Amusement Limited, who also owns other theme parks in the Delhi NCR area including the Appu Ghar Gurgaon and Worlds of Wonder Noida. Where is Appu Ghar Located in Jaipur?

Appu Ghar is located in Kherwari, just off the Delhi Jaipur Expressway. It is just about 22 kilometres away from Jaipur, about 10 minutes of walking away from the Hotel Jaipur King. From Delhi, just take the Sardar Patel Marg which would lead you directly yo the Delhi Jaipur Expressway. From Jaipur, take the Jaipur Road which would directly to the Delhi Jaipur Expressway. The nearest railhead is at Jaipur as well, the Jaipur Junction Railway Station, which is around 20 kilometres from the Appu Ghar. There are trains from many cities of Rajasthan and other cities of India to this railway station. You can just ride a cab to reach Appu Ghar from this railway station. The nearest bus stop is at Todi, about 13 kilometres to the southeastern side of Appu Ghar. It is not really a recommended mode of transportation because the bus stop is located at the other side, at the connection of the Jaipur Road to the Agra Bikaner Road.

What is the Overall Vibe of Appu Ghar in Jaipur?

Appu Ghar in Jaipur is a great break away from the monotony of the city life. It has a very lively vibe coupled with scenic views. You're not only exposed to the adventure activities, you can also enjoy the views of the Aravalli Ranges, golf course and water bodies within the property. It is set upon a vast area of lush and well-maintained lawns. It is away from the cities of both Delhi and Jaipur, yet still not that isolated. With complete facilities for many adventure activities, it's the most thrilling place in the Delhi Jaipur Expressway. The adventure park is named the Happy Adventure, the main section of Appu Ghar. It has an assortment of both kid-friendly, family-friendly and adult-only activities. So let's begin with the activities that are appropriate for the little ones. They have two amusement park attractions, the Piggy Ride and Helicopter Ride. The former is a round and round ride wherein riders are placed into cabins in the form of piglets. The latter is a solo ride shaped like a mini helicopter where kids can let their imaginations flow freely. There's also a Play Area with some swings, slides and monkey bars where kids can spend a few hours in. The Base Trampoline is suitable for older kids, it lets them jump to their heart's content without the interference of the parents or the elders.

First is Zorbing, which can be subdivided into different categories. You have Normal Zorbing, where the rider is placed upon a plastic enclosed ball and rolled into a slope. As mentioned above, Appu Ghar has its own resort and golf course. The resort is named the Happy Luxury Resort, comprised of various rooms and villas which come complete with amenities and services. The Royal Jaipur Golf Club is a nine-hole golf course, spread across 55 acres of land. Both the resort and golf course are within walking distance from the Happy Adventure as well. Within the adventure park, there are various dining options as well. If you're craving for South Indian dishes or Maharashtrian dishes, the property could arrange for those meals for you. They also have an on-site coffee shop, soda shop, ice cream shop and bakery for your in-between meal needs. For pure vegetarians, they have Phulwari, a newly opened restaurant within the property premises. The Feathers is their banquet hall, set upon the vast green lawns, where you can celebrate special events such as weddings or birthdays. The entry fees for Appu Ghar in Jaipur are very minimal but these entry fees won't include any games yet. With these entry fees, you can enter the Happy Adventure already. For the activities that you would like to take part in, you can pay for them separately. This is very cost-effective for those who aren't too keen on trying out all the activities that Happy Adventure has in offer. These entry fees won't include any meals or beverages yet so do take that into account when planning for your budget.

What is the Verdict?

The new Appu Ghar in Jaipur is a different destination for adventure. It doesn't have an amusement park or water park, at least for the time being, but it does have an adventure park. In this adventure park, you can indulge in all outdoor activities possible enriching your physical side. It has a resort and golf course in its premises too but they are of different charges from the adventure park. This July, the water park section is going to be opened to the public. Do watch out for the future additions in the Appu Ghar of Jaipur which would make it the supposed vacation city it is going to be.
